Issues in Lurgan.
Alcohol is a big problem in the Lurgan area with people preferring to spend their weekends drunk. We provide activities to keep the young people off the streets and active.
Drugs are also a worry in Lurgan as they are so readily available to anyone, we assist young people in making the right decisions and provide activities and education relating to this area.
Lurgan is a very divided town and has been for quite a while. Our drop-inn sits on the interface between the two communities and provides a safe place for members of both communities to come together and have some fun.
Providing help where it is needed.
We are fully committed to seeing the streets of Lurgan free from the problems that see young people's lives ruined. In order to achieve this we offer counselling and advice services to all young people that need it. For anyone who is afraid to speak to us we have provided a list of links that they can explore in their own time to find out more about each of the different issues.
